Public Input

The Sugarloaf Treasured Landscape Management Plan is the first of ten area plans prescribed by the Livable Frederick master plan approved in 2019.

Frederick County has invited public input into the planning process - first through a Citizen Advisory group, then through public input to the county Planning Commission and the County Council. So far, this process has taken more than three years.

Members of the Sugarloaf Alliance have participated from the outset. We invite you to contribute your perspective as the County Council moves through its revisions and toward its final vote.
